Well another month has passed and we are still Okay.   With 8 months closed in the year we are still holding strong.   DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE.   We currently have a 6 month supply of homes is Washington / Robbinsville and statistically that means we are in a "good" market.  We are NOT over saturated with supply and demand is still here.
