How many times and in how many ways can I express just how bad we will all feel in 5 - 10 years when we look back and realize that we missed this opportunity. I know that it seems self serving, as a Realtor, to push buyers to buy a home and feel that it is in their best interest and not mine. It's not that often that we see the future clearly knowing that you are right and have to sit helplessly unable to make a difference in someone Else's life. My hope is that everyone that is able to gets out and buys a home in a great location, at a great price with these 75 year low interest rates. You see, there is little chance that anyone reading this blog and does decide to get off the dime and buy a home will actually call me. I don't care. My goal is to make a difference and knowing that I'm trying is all the reward that I expect.
Now if you do call or write for help I'll have proof that a difference has been made. That would be wonderful!
