National Face Your Fear Day          

Okay, who knew?  I guess there is a day for everything…..Mothers, Nurses, Doctors, Grandparents….But Face Your Fears Day?  I wish I had known this 30 years ago when I was really afraid.  

So Today is National face your fear day so I thought I would share some of those phobias that no one wants to talk about.

 

Anablephobia- Fear of looking up.

Barophobia- Fear of gravity.

Chaetophobia- Fear of hair.

Dutchphobia- Fear of the Dutch

Ergophobia- Fear of work.

Francophobia- Fear of France or French culture

Genuphobia- Fear of knees.

Hodophobia- Fear of road travel.

Metathesiophobia- Fear of changes.

Orthophobia- Fear of property.

Plutophobia- Fear of wealth.    

 

                      What is YOUR fear? Don't be afraid, Today is the day to face YOUR fear!
