13 Homes sold in Sept 2010 - down from Sept 2009 where 28 homes sold. However when you compare YR-To-Date for 2009 vs. 20010, below

2009 Jan-Sept -- 205 homes sold. 2010 Jan-Sept -- 213 homes sold so for the year we are up slightly.

16 of the 192 Active listings are UNDER DEPOSIT AND 39 are PENDING and due to Close. 95 of the Active homes are priced UNDER $400,000. This continues to be the most active price range right now---great deals out there.
