Beach Notes ... Email Newsletter for Buyers/Owners & Another Newsletter for Rental Tenants - Ocean City (NJ)
I would like to invite interested readers of my "Active Rain" postings to send me an email and sign up for my weekly newsletter to Buyers/Owners or my monthly newsletter to Rental Tenants. I tend to send about 40+ weekly online newsletters out every Friday morning to interested readers and a monthly one for rental tenant readers as well - 12 per year.
Recently I got connected with "Constant Contact" so that all of my emails are controlled through their excellent distribution system. I try to keep buyers/owners up-to-date on what is happening in Ocean City (NJ), information about the real estate market, and some additional updates regarding my reading selections and movie reviews, etc. It is a positive, funny, informative little online paper ... just what you have been looking for on a Friday morning.
"Beach Notes" is named for a picture I had a former student draw and color when I was teaching high school years ago ... it depicts a bunch of musical notes on the beach getting some rays.
