I saw a blog today by a fellow real estate blogger, Colleen Kulikowski of Celebration Florida and I thought she had a nice idea for her readers. Despite national media reports, the real estate market in Highlands Ranch has not been as bad as it has been made out to be. There are of course some areas of homes in Highlands Ranch that do better than others but the key overall this month, as it always is, is price. Price your home right, and it will sell. And how do you know what the right price is, listen to a trusted real estate professional that is going to be honest and tell you like it is. Which isn't always what you are going to want to hear.
