The most recent real estate statistics for September 2010 have just been released by our MLS system MRIS.  It allows us to search for real estate statistics by zip codes.  So I created a set of statistics for Herndon VA homes for sale in Herndon VA 20170.

First of all the Herndon VA homes  for  sale statistics are interesting,  List prices are up, but Herndon VA homes sales prices and actual home sold in Herndon VA 20171 are down.  Herndon VA home sales are off 36.59% over the same period last year.
