The New Rio Rancho Presbyterian Hospital

By
Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty

They've made great progress on the new Rio Rancho Presbyterian Hospital. I stopped by to take some pictures last week.

Rio Rancho Presbyterian Hospital

Ha ha, fooled ya, that's not the hospital that's just a cool mural they have posted on the construction fence.

Rio Rancho Presbyterian Hospital

That's what the hospital really looks like!

Rio Rancho needs this new hospital and the jobs it will bring. The hospital is scheduled to open in 2011. Once it's open it's promising to bring 450 permanent jobs to Rio Rancho. That's awesome but no doubt the impact will spread even further as other hospital related services will be needed.

Look at the beautiful Sandia Mountains in the background!

I believe the new Rio Rancho Presbyterian Hospital and the jobs it will bring will impact several nearby neighborhoods including Cabezon in Rio Rancho, and Stonebridge, Paradise Skies and Ventana Ranch in nearby northwest Albuquerque.

Hey Rich, you went crazy doing blog comments on our stuff. Thanks.  We've had similar facilities built over the past years, and these hospitals have served the community well.  Looks like you all can expect the same... g
