Thank you everyone for your kind comments and well wishes.  We got 6 groups who came through.  Two seemed very interested. I followed up with everyone, and heard back from one who said they absolutely loved the house and hadn't stopped talking about it, but they were hoping for a deeper lot. This lot is huge (about 18,000 square feet) but the house is set back from the road and the lot is very wide but not as deep. This makes for a wide but not deep backyard, though there's a lovely creek that runs through the back of the property separating this property from the back neighbours.  It's truly a unique home on a unique lot - definitely not your average bear!
