Hi ActiveRain,

I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself properly before I jump right in (well not so right in, but I am on it now!)

My name is Bob Kuyper. I have been married for 31 years to my wonderful wife Kate, I am blessed with 3 daughters and a fire in my belly for the real estate business. I have been at this for quite a while and am going to be hitting a milestone shortly, selling home number 2900. Then my next goal will be home number 3,000!

I am working with foreclosures and short sales right now in Minnesota, specifically the areas of Rice County, Scott County and the Southern part of Dakota County. I have several designations and really enjoy helping homeowners and future homeowners with their real estate goals.

I'm a newbie here also. I joined a while back and was receiving many daily emails. I accidentally told AR to stop them and haven't received any since then. Therefore, I haven't had AR in the front of my brain. Our office has been fortunate to have a great Social Media teacher spend time at our office getting us smarter on all of this, so here I am, jumping in again.
