Bryant Tutas, Tutas Town Realty and Short Sale Superstars!

I wanted to take a moment to publicly thank Bryant Tutas of Tutas Town Realty and Short Sale Superstars. 

I just completed one of the most difficult short sales of my career.  This short sale was made incredibly difficult because it was the home of someone that is extremely close to me.  Unfortunately when the house was bought three years ago my client payed about $25,000 too much for it because the Real Estate Agent that was used did not protect the interest of her clients, the Appraiser pulled comps out of thin air and the lender accepted the BS Appraisal. 

Real damage was done to my client.  Fortunately, I was able to reach out to Bryant Tutas and find out exactly how to handle this FHA Short Sale and we were lucky enough to get a contract in the last 30 days of our time frame for getting this deal done.

Bryant, as hard as our jobs are, there are times when we are able to help someone who truly needs our help, someone who without our help will not make it out of a situation.  There are times in this business when we help people who we have never met, who we will never be financially compensated for helping and who will never even know we were involved.  In this situation you are this person, with the exception that my client knows you helped me so much on this.
