18 Comments on Time to Warm Up at Caribou Coffee in Braemar Village Plaza
I have lived in Gainesville for years now and never heard of Caribou Coffee. It's always Starbucks that people talk about. I like the look of this place much more than Starbucks, which always seems so crapped and unwelcoming.
Hi Chris Ann... I keep waiting for them to open one here in Dallas. Until then I will stick with Starbucks!
Sounds like a nice, cozy place to go on a cold day! Love the hot chocolate choices!
Great hyper local post featuring this coffee shop, I think I enjoy posting about local places and events more than real estate ;-)
Chris Ann...a good localism post...and it just draws you in with their specialties and the comfortable environment...
And I would be sitting right by that gorgeous fireplace! Great localism post about Caribou Coffee!
Love the idea of coffee while sitting in a log cabin. By the way I'm planning on coming to your short sale class. I saw it on the PWAR list of courses and knew there was an instructor who knew what they were talking about when it comes to short sales.
Anne: I'm sure you meant to say cramped...and I agree.
Steve: I don't even know the areas they serve now. I'd never heard of one until moving to Bristow, VA.
Nina: I went with boring old milk chocolate, but think next time I'll do a combo of milk and dark chocolates.
Russell: Me too...especially if there is a taste test involved. :)
Ginny: I'm sure they have a bunch of coffee specialities, but I rarely drink coffee. When I did, I remember liking their Mint Condition.
Jackie: Well that's where we'll sit and enjoy a hot beverage when you come down to VA.
Cindy: Great! I'm not the only instructor, but you'll enjoy Matthew Durbin as well. Great, great guy.
Chris Ann- We have one here and it is one of my favorite places. Their caramel coffee is yummy and we often stop in for a cup after having dinner out as a special treat.
Martha: I'll have to try that next time I'm stopping by for coffee.
I have never been a coffee drinker, but I have been known to walk by a coffee shop a couple of times so that my olfactory senses could catch a whiff of the great smells emanating from therein.
Russel: I used to work in an office building that had a Starbuck's in the lobby. Loved walking into work.
