Luxury Homes in San Antonio Texas-The Dominion

Some of the finest luxury homes in San Antonio Texas are in the Dominion. See my earlier post for background on The Dominion.

Although luxury homes are in The Dominion, the same economic issues that affect homeowners in more modestly priced homes also affect luxury homeowners. 

Last week I had clients that looked at some of the houses in The Dominion. One house  in particular looked nice on the outside. It was a lender-owned property, and will need extensive repairs and updating to really fit the typical profile of a Dominion property.

Since I do not represent the seller, I'll just show the outside of this property. I think it is going to be quite a find for the right buyer.

Foreclosures and short sales affect luxury home markets too. This sort of house may present a buying opportunity for a well-financed buyer, who has access to  qualified repair/construction/remodeling assets.
