Janna, I guess people are listening to too many negative(and wrong) sources. I am finding LOTS of buyers here as well. And with interest rates still coming down...it makes sense!!
Good for you keeping busy. I know people have money and our buying. It's just finding those people and getting in front of them. Looks like you're doing a great job of doing that.
Janna, I totally agree with you lately most of my buyers have been " all cash" from $250k to $1.6million" the buyers are savvy and know when the 'deal' is 'right', most of them have been foreigh buyers who are not tainted by the constant bombardment of mixed messages.

Classic case of the media duping everyone into believing something that just is not true. Great job!
Not so here, either. Home sales have been rising since February 2008, prices have been rising since February 2009, consumer confidence is increasing, and sales taxes are up, indicating that consumer spending is up!
Up up and reduce that inventory...bring on the buyers...ca ching ca ching !
