wow Barbara, your average selling price is so much more than hours which right now is about $270,000 in north kingstown...but your number of sales are so much higher than down here too...that's great!
Ginny.....we work to keep it that way.....we had some good activity this weekend at our open house events....will write two deals this week from those open houses held yesterday.
I think we'll end the year is good shape in Franklin. Our sales will be slightly less than before the market started the downward motion.
the town of Franklin usually had 275 to 300 closed single family homes in a year....we'll be 50 homes short of that.
