Posting Your Listing Flyer To Your Blog

Need good real estate blog content? Most of us have widgets of our latest listings, but if you want new content while at the same time want to go the extra mile promoting your listing, try embedding the entire listing flyer in your blog post.

You can see an example at my real estate technology blog, which uses wordpress. It's pretty simple to do:

1. Login to your account at My Single Property Websites.
2. Click the "email + facebook" link, then copy the ActiveRain template code.
3. Start writing a new blog post as you normally do, but click the "html" tab (in the top right corner of Wordpress posts). Then paste in the template code you copied.
4. That's it!

While you can always just include a widget with your listings in your blog, by making a separate post about it you not only generate new blog content, but you highlight your listing and give it the extra attention it deserves. You could then email your seller a link to the blog post to show them the efforts you're making.
