I always appreciate the feedback from my clients as they move on. Here's a nice recent response from a couple who sold their townhome in Lancaster City PA with me and moved to Albequerque, New Mexico on a timetable we had to meet:
1) How did you meet Jeff? Quickly describe how Jeff helped you make your buy/sell decision.
I had been following Jeff's blog for several months to keep an eye on local real estate trends. When we were ready to sell, he was the first person we contacted.
2) Was Jeff professional in his efforts on your behalf? Any example you can give?
Yes, I was sure he did everything he could to get our house sold quickly. He did a great job negotiating with the buyer's agent and the loan officer to address a structural problem that threatened to get in the way of our sale.
3) What was your best memory of Jeff’s service during your search/transaction?
His camera and lighting expertise. He was great to work with during the staging/photo process.
4) Any constructive comments on how Jeff can improve his service in the future.
Not really, we needed him to get things done quickly and professionally and that's exactly what he did.
5) Can you summarize your Real Estate experience with Jeff in a sentence or two?
Our experience with Jeff was great. We needed to sell our house quickly and with a minimal amount of hassles, and that's exactly what happened. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interests. I knew that our settlement would go through smoothly because of his thoroughness and attention to detail.
