I believe we've all heard of the phenomenon of a Blue Moon, where there are two full moons during one calendar month, and the mystery and legends that surround the occurrence. There are those who believe that a child conceived under a blue moon will be Wise as Solomon. And there are those who consider the blue moon to be aligned with the occult and black arts. Who are these people..? I dunno... what, I gotta do all the leg work here?

Alan, An excellent opportunity to write a couple of contracts in time to have them settle before the end of the year!!!! Yep, that works for me.
Alan - Good cause my weekends are the busiest. 5 Sunday Open Houses. Buyers come on....
Alan - Does you sister get half the points? Great job and I love the Easter Island graphics (?) ... in blue no less ... however, when I ask my 8-ball ... it keeps saying "ask again later" ... so I guess there's going to be a later!

UPDATE: Someone just pointed out to me that we had the exact same occurence only 9 months ago... in January of 2010... (I had to look it up... they were right)... so I guess this isn't quite as rare as the anonymous e-mail from my sister had claimed... Yeesh, what have we come to, when we can't even rely on some anonymous thing we've read on the internet!!??
Fantastic! My favorite month already but this year it is particularly good, no? More time to sell, show, prepare, open house, etc!

I have received the same email several times, first in August and then again in October. I don’t care who forwards these emails to me – friend or foe – I always go to snopes.com to check them out. I usually find that I never have to forward them to anyone else. J
P.S. Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog this morning. I stayed longer than I had intended, but I had so much fun. Hope I didn't leave too big of a mess.
