The Kula Ridge project is again on hold while the Maui County Council continues to review the application. Kula Ridge plans to have affordable homes, including duplexes for seniors, single family homes, and market priced homes on 48 acres located mauka of the Holy Ghost Church. One issue that won't go away is the source of water for the development. Whether or not the new Piiholo South well will come to the rescue remains to be seen. The County Council meets again this week and we are expecting a decision.
