Wow time flies and the Kauai and national foreclosure and REO market has been crazy the past two weeks. Lenders are cancelling most foreclosure sales. This actually appears to be stalling the housing recovery but is probably good news to those who are being foreclosed on. REO assignments & active listings have slowed down but should pick back up in a couple weeks. I did get a new REO assignment today from Wells Fargo, a Pali Ke Kua condo in Princeville.
