Foreclosures, Short Sales and High Inventory, Oh My!!!

If you are in a market for a new home, then I am sure these terms are swirling around in your head.  In an unprecedented buyer's market where there are tons of choices and history making low-interest rates it may still seem difficult to jump into this market.

You are uncertain. Bank requirements are changing and there is a different article coming out each week telling you to "buy now" or "it's better to rent."  You don't know what to do and it's understandable.

But, home ownership (if you are financially ready) can be a great way to start building your wealth. First, get educated. You don't buy a car without doing research and the same is true when entering the real estate market.

If you are in the Raleigh/Durham area, I invite you to a FREE Home Buying Seminar.  Here you can learn the steps of the home buying process and get your questions answered in an intimate setting.  Even if you think you are not ready to buy now, come and see how to prepare to "get" ready. A lender will be on hand to talk with you privately.

So, come join me on Saturday, October 30, 2010 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM in the Six Forks Office Park at 8313 Six Forks Road, Suite 201 in Raleigh, NC.

Email me at shantasells@yahoo.com for more details and to RSVP.

I look forward to talking with you!! Because, if you never take the first step you will never get to where you are going.
