This is my first post. I've been reading a lot of the posts on the Blogs and am glad that I joined Active Rain. I've read so much valuable information here. I've only been a Realtor for a li'l nigh (texas drawl) over a year. I have dealt specifically with buyers but now feel it's time I work with sellers also. I've learned so much valuable information here that I feel that I can succeed in real estate although the market is down. With perseverance and knowledge from the people here on Active Rain, it's sure to come.

Thanks Active Rain and those who share with us who are looking to better ourselves and make helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership a reality.
