In 2001, Toll Brothers, began delivering newly constructed homes in their gated, golf course community of Dominion Valley in Haymarket, Virginia in the shadow of Bull Run Mountain.  A decade later, Toll Brothers was still delivering new construction homes in Dominion Valley, though the majority of the homes available for sale are resales.

Dominion Valley offers a wide range of housing alternatives for discerning buyers.  There are attached homes and single family homes of varying sizes and interior styles.  A first time buyer, as well as a move-up buyer can find just the right fit among the homes built by Toll Brothers.  A sbu-section of Dominion Valley, named Regency, is dedicated to buyers ages fifity-five or over.

The heart of Dominion Valley is an eighteen hole golf course, designed by Arnold Palmer.  The meticulous landscaping of the fairways and greens, dappled with sand traps and water hazards, is pleasing to the eye.  Naturally, the houses on golf course lots will attract golfers, and non-golfers alike.

In addition to golf, there are other amenities available to Dominion Valley home owners.  For additional membership fees, enjoy the Sports Pavilion, where you can work out, enjoy a fitness class, or even spend a hot summer day cooling off in the Dominion Valley Country Club pool.  There are additional pools, considered home owners association pools that are free to all Dominion Valley home owners, through out the community.  There are also tennis courts, basketball courts and playgrounds throughout the community.

Dominion Valley's clubhouse is an extraordinary building.  There is a large ballroom, used for community events and available for rentals.  Dine at the nearby Palmer Grill, dedicated to Arnold Palmer.  Be sure to take a peek at the statue of Arnold Palmer, carved from an existing Haymarket tree near the grounds of the Clubhouse.  Dining outside near the fountains on a fall or spring day would make a perfect setting.

For eastbound commuters, Dominion Valley is conveniently located off of Route 15, just minutes from Route 66.  Dominion Valley also boasts it's own shopping center, featuring a Giant Food grocery, several restaurants, including Subway, Z Pizza and a variety of other shops and businesses.  Also nearby is a the Heathcote Health Center where the Prince William Health System has opened a satellite emergency room, and outpatient facility.

Living in Dominion Valley offers the quality construction of Toll Brothers, luxury of a gated, golf course community and the convenience of quick access to Route 66 and shops.   If you want to investigate making Dominion Valley your next neighborhood, give me a call.

Pat:  There's much more to the community than even listed here.  It's truly a pleasure to list and sell homes there.

What a beautiful neighborhood!  Once home, the residents would never need to leave.

Sharon:  Same to you.  I was really pleased with the photos I took of the community and finally got around to making a community centered post, rather than the listing centered post I did earlier.

Susan:  It's one of the reasons that Regency is also so appealing to the 55+ crowd.  The condos are right behind the shopping center.  You can walk less than five minutes to Giant.  You have to love that.

This is a fantastic profile of Dominion Valley in Haymarket, VA.  I wasn't aware that Arnold Palmer designed that golf course.

I’d be interested in that community just based on that very first picture. I golfed one time here in San Diego and shot a 154; par was 72. My friends made fun of me, but as I pointed out to them, I shot two rounds of golf to their one for the same greens fee. That shut them up.
