13 Comments on Dominion Valley: A Stunning & Sophisticated Gated, Golf Course Community in Haymarket, VA
A loaded localism post. Anyone looking in Dominion Valley will find it all in this post.
Pat: There's much more to the community than even listed here. It's truly a pleasure to list and sell homes there.
Hi Chris Ann-That is a spectacular looking place. Great job with the representation of it. Hope you are doing well.
What a beautiful neighborhood! Once home, the residents would never need to leave.
Sharon: Same to you. I was really pleased with the photos I took of the community and finally got around to making a community centered post, rather than the listing centered post I did earlier.
Susan: It's one of the reasons that Regency is also so appealing to the 55+ crowd. The condos are right behind the shopping center. You can walk less than five minutes to Giant. You have to love that.
This is a fantastic profile of Dominion Valley in Haymarket, VA. I wasn't aware that Arnold Palmer designed that golf course.
Anne: Indeed he did. It's one of the major selling features of the community for golfers.
Oh my gosh, Chris Ann! Dominion Valley looks and sounds like an incredible place to call home! Amazing job with this community post!
Leesa: A great compliment coming from the Queen of Community and Hyperlocal Post. Thanks for the feature.
I’d be interested in that community just based on that very first picture. I golfed one time here in San Diego and shot a 154; par was 72. My friends made fun of me, but as I pointed out to them, I shot two rounds of golf to their one for the same greens fee. That shut them up.
Russel: Pretty good way to look at it. You are certainly coming across as an optimist.
