Phoenix Association BOD Election

If you are a member of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS^® you should have received an email this weekend from Diane Scherer with voting instructions for the current election.  As a candidate nominated to run in this election I encourage you to vote - and of course to vote for me!  My bio that appeared in the September issue of the "Phoenix REALTOR^® Forum" is included below for easy reference.

I welcome the nomination to be a Director of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS®.     As a successful candidate, my focus will be on contributing to the growth and enhancement of the following areas:

• Professionalism

• Ethics

• Integrity

• Technology Integration  

I currently serve as a member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Information Management Key Results Area Committee (IMKRA).   In addition to a successful career in "Corporate America" prior to turning my attention to Real Estate in 2002, I bring the following industry related credentials to the table:   Phoenix Association of REALTORS® President's Award 2003 and 2005 Member of the AAR Master of Real Estate Society Certified EcoBroker® ABR, ABRM, ASP, CLHMS, CNHS, CRB, CRP, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, RECS, RFS, SRES, TRC
