There are 2 sides to the Foreclosure mess.

Side 1 Where homeowners used the equity in there homes as a piggy bank with refinances for 2nd loans.

Side 2 Where banks did not explain the weird loans the borrowers were being placed in.

Now for the back end mess,  the dirty dealings and forged signatures.  Read the sworn statements taken by the Florida AG office in there investigation.

Ben

With all the funny business going on on with the Foreclosures what will happen if the State of Florida overturns 10% of the foreclosures and the average families who purchased them from the banks ?

I can see a new bunch of lawsuits.

Banking in today’s world is an absolute mess, and it’s probably still going to get worse before it gets better.

I agree with Russel. It will get worse before it gets better!

Both sides are at fault, and in the end, everyone suffers!
