I recently started as a realtor in Waikiki after a 2 year break from real estate. I had been an agent in La Quinta, California for 5 years. Here are my first year goals.

3 listings listed and sold   - Commission $15,000

10 leases completed - $ 10,000

8 homes sold - Commission $40,000

Total income $65,000

I have a website, floor time, open houses, and online presence to build my business. Watch for updates as I achieve my goals

I haven't written my goals this year and I know that is bad...but I do have them in my head. I don't work from an office. We have a virtual office. We do have an office but most of us are rarely there.

I get most of my leads from Face Book.
