Higher End Buyers return to Market?

With the stock market climbing and indications regarding the economy possibly recovering.  Real Estate companies are hopeful that those who have put off buying over the past few years will do so this season encouraged by the more realistic prices by sellers.

Many are not interested in renovating but do not mind redecorating if they can find the right property.  Those that are the best properties at their price point do not last as long as those that are in need of major work.  Higher End Buyers return to Market many are customers from overseas.

It is estimated that one if four people buying real estate in Florida, is from another country.  This is why marketing to these Higher End Buyers is so crucial to a Realtors business.  Many Multiple Listing Services offer a language exchange to send properties to buyers in other countries and entice them to buy here in Florida.

Wow, unbelievable that so many are coming from overseas; one in four.  We are seeing a lot of people from out of state in our market here in Colorado, but not as many from outside the country.

I like your title higher end buyers return to the market. Its about time. Start spending some of that money and get this economy going again. There are plenty of wealthy people out there who should continue to invest to help out the rest of this country and start the rebound process.

It is an unbelievable ratio, but that is what NAR is telling us for our state.  The deals are so good and if the dollar is weak, they see everything as a bargain.

Hi Vickie yes it is a strong ratio that is what the numbers are telling us here in Florida, I think with the values where they are and the weather is seems like a bargain to them.

Hi Suzie, it is good to see those with money hopefully start to spend there are plenty out therewho can stimulate the economy.
