22 Comments on Rare Find-Beautiful Log Home with Acreage in Marion, Arkansas
Rita....good luck with marketing your new listing.....we have several log cabin homes here....I've never seen a colonial style though....most are capes.
I love log homes. During the October 2003 wildfires here, one community lost something like 325 out of 327 homes. Many of them rebuilt with log homes, which sounds strange, but they are less expensive and you can get the logs treated with fire-retardant. I’ve had the privilege of inspecting many of them.
Very interesting property. Best wishes for a successful transaction.
Rita, what a great listing! I hope you have a quick sale. Log cabins are so interesting, I love them.
Rita - Beautiful Home I am sure this one will sell fast:)
Sshhh...don't tell my husband, that is his dream...to live in a log cabin house!
Did you really write this at 3:00 A.M.?????
Cindy in Indy
Leolinda, I think the price is good, too, the house has 2750 sf, even if it only has a couple of acres.
Marilyn, thank you! I bet you and Leolinda both are night owl, aren't you? haha
Barbara, log homes are not common in our market, that's what makes this home so special......
Russel, that was just sad. I am glad some of the owners decide to rebuild their lost log homes, they are very special.
Roy, thank you so much and you are always so nice to leave us flowers with your comment!
Andrea, it is sure an unique listing and waiting for a log home lover to buy it as their new home! Thanks!
Linda, I am shooting for it, too, thanks!
Cindy, okay, I won't tell him.........I think AR time must be 1 hour ahead of our time, I submitted it at 2 am though, haha. I may have a full day schedule today, so I put it on blog last night to make sure it is here today. I am glad to see my friends have stopped by so early this morning.
I love the log homes , but the outside maintenence can be a lot if you don't treat it right.
Bill, they are sure beautiful. I guess knowledge is the king.
Beautiful log home with so many amenities. Love the acreage and I'm sure you will have a sold sign on this one before you know it.
Connie, that's my goal, thank you!
Rita,
This is a beautiful log home. What a great find out in the country and a short distance into town. I believe you will sell it easily. In fact, I have a client looking for a home out in the country. I will forward this listing.
Trish
Thanks, Trish!
