So, I posted the highlight of a Tideland’s unit listed for $65,000 yesterday…and now it looks like sellers in Tidelands are in a panic dropping prices on numerous units. I have always believed that short sales, although a necessary evil, can create a scary domino effect when Real Estate Agents start leap frogging over each other to be the lowest priced property in the neighborhood. This can be a horrible situation for sellers, but can be a great opportunity for buyers.
