BAY AREA HOMES- WEEK 7 NFL PICKS AND THE SOLANO FOOD BANK NEEDS OUR HELP

Whew. After a lousy start to the early games last week, I managed to go 8-6. San Diego, Baltimore and the Bears really hurt my chances of having a great week. But in the win column, nontheless. I'll take it. Looking for a big week this week, so onto the picks!

Philadelphia @ Tennessee- A good matchup for both offenses. Philly's D had been hit and miss. Small edge to the Titans since Philly probaly won't have DeSean Jackson. Titans 27-24

Cincinatti @ Atlanta- Bengals haven't looked very good all year. Matt Ryan is 15-1 at home. Good enough for me. Falcons 27-17

Cleveland @ New Orleans- Saints finally looked like Superbowl champs last week. Colt McCoy's school of hard knocks continues. Saints 31-13

Pittsburgh @ Miami- Chad Henne under scrutiny in South Florida. Could get very ugly against a tough Steelers D. Steelers 24-14

St Louis @ Tampa Bay- Both teams have been surprises, but the Rams success has come at home. Buccaneers 21-17

San Francisco @ Carolina- Niners look to build momentum after last weeks ugly win. Jimmy Clausen back to the bench. Niners 20-14

Washington @ Chicago- Bear QB Jay Cutler has been sacked 22 times. Redskins 16-10

Jacksonville @ Kansas City-Chiefs gave up big points to the Texans last week, but Jacksonville lacks weapons and David Garrard may be out. Chiefs 27-14

Buffalo @ Baltimore- Ed Reed returns to the Ravens D which will be too much for the Bills. Ravens 30-10

Arizona @ Seattle- Seahawks are 2-0 at home against a rookie QB in a loud stadium and a pretty strong pass rush. Seahawks 24-13

Raiders @ Broncos- Knowshon Moreno finally healthy. Denver should be able to run against Raiders porous run defense. Broncos 21-10

New England @ San Diego- Chargers have played well at home, but lost to some of the leagues weakes teams the last 2 weeks. Pats still giving up points. Should be a high scoring affair. Patriots 31-28

Minnesota @ Green Bay-Interesting matchup. Neither team is playing especially well. The key to the game should be Adrian Peterson grinding it out to keep the Packers offense on the sideline. Vikings 27-24

NY Giants @ Dallas-On paper this should be an easy Giants victory. But the Cowoys are desperate. Will it make them more focused? Giants 30-27
