Now is a great time to be looking at buying homes in Shreveport and Bossier City Louisiana. School has just started and there is talk of some large businesses moving to Shreveport and Bossier City. Rumor has it that Microsoft is opening a Tech Center in Bossier City right across from the local college. If you are looking to begin investing in rental properties this may be the perfect time. My wife and I currently own a few properties and we feel like this is a great time to buy a few more!
