A Great Handyman Is Hard TO Find

As many people have experienced when trying to find someone to repair or build something on their property, quality and honesty are attributes that seem to be forgotten.  Almost everyone has a story about a contractor who tried to rip them off, or did, or had an upfront estimate but then charged a much higher price. There are endless tales of shoddy work and unscrupulous business practices.

I am very particular about how I conduct my business and the service that I provide to my clients. Call me "A... retentive", I prefer "dedicated perfectionist," but I also expect the professionals that I refer to others to represent similar standards of dedicated work, knowledge and ethics. Most of the time that just seems impossible to find in people.

In the property management business, honest, knowledgeable and hard working handymen are very difficult to find. Those that do exist are your best business friend.

So THANK YOU LARRY RITCH for being the most honest, knowledgeable, hard working handymen I have ever encountered. You are a pillar of American spirit for others in the industry to strive for. From small repairs to total rehab, your the best!

9 out of 10 times you get what you pay for, a typical handyman needs to charge around $75 / hour to cover expenses.

  • $25 a hour pay.
  • $25a hour to cover insurance, workers comp, state unemployment, slippage such as travel time, time on phone, talkative customer.
  • $25 for overhead such as truck, advertisement, part time bookkeeper, storage.

These are actual figures from a MBA and business owner.
