I have an out of area client with an attitude because they didn't get what they wanted for the property they sold.

On the other hand prices in our area have been static but have not fallen so our sellers aren't taking the big hit.. So now it's my job to make someone here go below market just because they had to.

This will be our fourth session. Their communication is still agressive but I sense it's superficial and they're ready to do it the grown up way. I haven't scheduled any other showing appointments tomorrow because I expect to be exhausted but have a contract at the end of the day.

This situation looks like they didn't do their their homework before leaving for another state. If I moved out of state I would see if I could afford the new area not only with house but food, energy costs, taxes and cost of living in a new area. Don't people read the paper or look at the news that a few states are hit more that others.
