  • El Diamante: 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms, 1306 square feet
  • La Jolla: 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms, 1573 square feet
  • Del Oro: 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms, 1801 square feet

California Tesoro is conveniently located in close proximity to Arroyo Vista Park and Arroyo Vista School.

California Tesoro sales statistics appear to be in line with the majority of home sales in Rancho Santa Margarita.  Unlike Rancho Santa Margarita's entry-level condominium market, which continues to suffer under the weight of increased mortgage defaults and foreclosures, California Tesoro remains for the time being somewhat stable, having experienced only slight declines in value.  Marketing time varies considerably but is 90 days or less in general.

Hi Kelly -

This is one of my favorite Rancho Santa Margarita neighborhoods, with good floor plans at reasonable prices.  Also, since they are attached SFRs rather than condos, the dues are only the basic $46 for all the wonderful Rancho facilities.
