Warren County Ohio Residential Real Estate Activity Report for September 2010.

We're providing our latest monthly update for Warren County Ohio residential home sales.  Data only represents home sales (including condos) that were recorded in Cincinnati MLS, so new construction, for sale by owners, or homes ONLY offered in Dayton MLS are not a part of these figures.  Data is grouped by the major zip codes in Warren County.

For the most recent data, there is a decrease in homes actually offered for sale.  This is typical during the fall season as the many sellers don't think homes sell as well during the fall/winter season.  While typically true, homes are sold during ALL months, and you have to be available for the buyers to find you.  This year has been such an aberration from normal sales patterns, that no one can accurately predict what will happen in the upcoming months.

For instance, home showings have been higher over the last few weeks, perhaps the historically low interest rates are bringing forth a new segment of buyers that were previously on the sidelines.
