Looks to me like 180,000 is the bottom of your market. Nice to see it heading up.

The market in my Massachusettts area has been fluctuating this year. It's crazy. We may be headed down next month due to the record numbers of foreclosures.. time will tell. Hard to track.
As Realtors, we must remain positive in any market. There will always be real estate transactions, and now more than ever, our worth is now proven.
