Its finally here. Election day.  Sort of anti-climactic for me, since I have already voted. As far as I'm concerned, early voting is the only way to go. Hardly any lines, the voting volunteers are helpful and friendly, generally a far more pleasant experience than waiting in line for hours.  Regardless of your political views, get out to the polls today (if you haven't already) and excercise your right to vote.

Every year it seems as Americans, we get more jaded about the whole election process. We tend to take it for granted that we get to elect our leaders, not matter how good or bad they end up being.  Right now our troops are fighting to give those same rights to others.....so let's exercise them, ok? -Charles

We voted, not really worth it as the Democrats run the Chicagoland area, but we do it anyways. The closest race was about 60/40...sad.
