One subject that is often in the news today and frequently creates a measure of panic is about the subject matter of MOLD in the home. Some climates seem to create more of a mold problem than others. For example, I know I’ve lived where mold can grow at an alarming rate. You might see a little of it today and within a few months to a year you will notice a dramatic increase and the cost of removal can be a real challenge to pay for.

Mold often grows in rooms with both high water usage and humidity, such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and basements. If you notice mold or know of water damaged areas in your home, it is time to take action to control its growth.”
