So the story goes Billy Graham was in a town early in his career.  We had some things to mail and asked a young lad where the post office was.  The lad told him how to get to the post office.  Mr. Graham told him he was preaching and gave him the location.  He went on to tell him he was going to preach on how to get to heaven and what you needed to do to get there.  The young lad looked at Mr. Graham and told him "If you can't find the post office do you expect me to think you can tell me how to get to heaven". 

When you're working with a client do you tell them how to get through the real estate transaction?  The decision is yours.  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.
