Time To Put Nail In Another Sunday Evening..."Always With Me Always With You"

Joe Satriani has been a favorite of mine for several years now.  His driving guitar solos fill my need for speed at least on the back of his signature Ibanez JS Series electric guitar.  Inspired by Hendrix, Clapton, Beck and working with a few other guys you might know; Mick Jagger, David Lee Roth, Steve Vai, Deep Purple and so many others, Satriani is a guitar force to recon with.  But, it's Sunday evening and I picked something by Satriani just a bit more laid back...the perfect way to end a Sunday.

Enjoy!!

Nick...oh what a wonderful way to meet a new to me artist.  This is such a mellow way to end a busy day. That is just what I intend.  when next out by the music store, I am going to find this guitarist & make him a fave around here.
thank you for a Sunday close out.  A pleasant way to go. Have a great week.

Nick I don't think that I have ever heard him play on his own, but now that I have, this will not be the last time that I listen to his music.

Nick, thanks for sharing, that is one song I've never heard, but worth listening to again.

Oh wow, that was a nice surprise!  It's not Sunday evening any longer, but I enjoyed it just as well early Monday afternoon.

I discovered Satriani way back in 1987 with his Surfing with the Alien album. I saw him in concert in Houston in 1991 or 1992. Great musician!

Ellen-I really enjoy introducing music to someone who has never heard it before.

Ann-glad you liked it...I aim to please!

Russel-then you know what I mean when I say this is laid back for him.  I haven't seen him yet but I still have hope.

You've mention a few of my favorites Nick! Vai played w/ Zappa a bit so that's always a plus in my book.

Thanks for the tune :~)
