New Condo's Arise In Historic St. Joseph

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Re/Max Real Estate Groups

The new Renaissance development is taking shape downtown Indianapolis.  The project is situated between Delaware and Alabama streets in the historic  neighborhood district of St. Joseph.  All in all the project seems to be a good fit for the area, we will see once they are actually done. The project is modest in size with 19 flats just north of the Renaissance Tower.  All the flats will be under $200,000.

How does everyone feel about this project? Is there any other things going on in the area?

what's up Brian? it's fun to see projects like this take place.  We have some lofts going in downtown Colorado Springs and we're hoping it will bring new life to the downtown area. Although the Colorado Springs metro area is over 500,000 people, there's still opportunity to grow the city core and make it an attractive place for people to live, work, and play. I hope it does the same for St. Joseph.
