This chart is a display of the pending sales for single family homes in the town of Franklin MA as of 10/25/2010. This is a picture of the current market in Franklin. The average list price of the pending homes is in the mid $300k range. There are 21 pending homes as of this date. The upper end in Franklin at this time is in teh $500k range which is a significant decline from previous years. The lowest pending sale is $150k and the most expensive is $590k.
