I'm pleased to say this project is finished and on the market.

The owner and myself are very pleased with the results. There was lots of wallpaper and awful blue paint. It truly was a transformation...

I know it will make some homeowner very happy one day! (soon!).

Julia, it's gorgeous - what a beautiful job you did.  The piece of artwork in the dining area and that black wire thing by the hall table are my favorites.  The staging gods are with you...it will sell very soon.  Betty

OK - so where are the lamps from - inquiring stagers want to know?

I am thinking of starting a Ban Wallpaper Group

Funny enough, I picked up the lamps ON SALE at a gift shop at a hospital here. I have seen them before..they were a little expensive, so I didn't pick them up. The gift shop lady was selling them for $10 each because she had problems with the electrical cord. My contractor fixed in within 15 minutes..voila! Gorgeous lamps at an eigth of the price. Now, where did I see them??? I think at "The Bay"....here in Canada. But I'll resource and see what I can find out for you.

Thanks to all for the wonderful comments!

Thanks, Karen. H. The owner/architect arranged to have this floor put in. But if permitted, I do pick out and arrange for new flooring.

Karen D.-There hasn't been much action through there yet; it was just listed a week ago--not the best time in this area to list. However, the couple of people that have been through have loved it. Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks, Ann!
