Big Oak Bend is a townhome community built in the mid 1980's by Cutler off of Big Oak Rd. in Yardley, PA. This is one of the few townhome communities in the area that does NOT have an association fee. The styles of homes range from a 2 bedroom 2 full banth ranch style townhome that is approximately 1,371 sq. ft. to a 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath townhome that is approximately 2,300 sq. ft. All homes offer garages & fireplaces but none have basements.
Edgewood Elementary, Charles Boehm Middle School & Pennsbury High School serve the Big Oak Bend community.
