I've been doing alot of BPO's for a friend's company in Southern California on properties here in the Las Vegas area>  How can I turn these into listing's?  Anyone have any idea?

BPO's for mortgage and REO companies?  If so, I'd just start asking for the listing outright.  Whats the worst thing they can say?

It really depends on who you are doing BPOs for. If it's for an outsourcing company, they might want an opinion of value for many reasons that have nothing to do with a potential listing.  Check out this group for more tips and info or email me w/ questions.  By the way, welcome to Active Rain!!  You'll enjoy it!!

Tony,

If they call you for a BPO it means that they have a listing already, am I right? I do not get it so right what is your question, when I have a listing, and I am dealing with a short sale, I request to the lender to do a BPO so they can be sure about my listing. It is interesting your question, but I do not get it so well.
