Anna
Thanks for sharing your thoughts for the first time home buyer, they are right on the mark, good luck with your book.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Anna,
Great completion to the series. Best of all is the information that you are there for the BUYER even after the closing. I love keeping up with past buyers and seeing how they are enjoying their new home.
All the best, Michelle
Anna - This is how it works ! I love it ! I think your clients love it too. Saved for future reference. Excellent
OK I had a different take on this, the Broker/Owners take and here it is. Thank you God, let me put my head on the table and take a deep breath of thanks. I am much to old for all this stress. Enjoy the house and let me go on to the next madness.
Anna, what a great idea! I love the coffee shop talk approach & making the buyers feel at ease! Brilliant!
Thank you Anna for a great series, from beginning to end. I am so impressed with the "touch and feel" and the empathy your posts present for the new buyer! Champions ... that they class in which you belong!
Ha! If it were so easy, more people would be doing it. Instead they rely on the home inspection from two months ago and hope that the sellers didn’t cause any additional damage after the home inspection.
Thanks Lou - it's designed to take the confusion out of buying a first home.
Michelle - yes it's like our family of clients we've had for many many years. You too....
Claude - yes I believe they do. More of low key approach so they feel at ease, knowing they've got a team on their side.
Liz - well not sure what you mean by that. Stress, what stress!! Piece of cake for us broker/owners!!
Don - it works, easy and simple (well kind of!)
Jack - you're welcome. I thought about this series for awhile and how I wanted to approach it. Low key, simple and not so scary for 1st time home buyers. We all remember buying our first home, don't we!
Russel - This is the final walk thru not an inspection. Most of our inspections are done within weeks of the final walk -thru. Like yourself ( a top-notch inspector) we have a top-notch inspector we rely on to give a nitty gitty report on the home and our buyers rely on his expertise. It works very well.
this was excellent, great posting. i have a template on the closing process that i give my borrowers.

Anna, walk thru, closing and then MOVING.... you have it all covered as the great professional you are.
A nice completion to your entire series. So many buyers are confused about the process.
