it is a very trying process in attempting to sale or purchase a home in the U.S. and it offers many headaches and heartaches throughout the long and trying process, but when you see the smiles you have created on both sides of the deals and all parties involved its very gratifying to know you helped someone purchase or sell a home ......they will thank you for a lifetime !!   some!

Ed - I'm in Vickie's camp.  A bottle glass of wine after a long day is just the ticket.  Although Vickie, underwriters of all people need some of the nectar of the Gods to help get rid of that stick they're sitting on, if you know what I mean.
