Even Local Banks are tightening up their lending guidelines....

Wow! Lot's of changes on Main Street USA...the plain, jane vanilla commercial loan you expected to get from your local bank may not be there for you....LOTS of reasons, but it all boils down to your hometown bank is very nervous about the future.

I've gotten several referrals from my banking partners....all good deals, the banks just don't want to lend on the big commercial projects right now....of course, they love their friendly broker buddies (ME), because they know I have no interest in taking their depositors...
