Located in the center of North Carolina, Sanford NC is the ideal place to live.  Not only are you only 30-40 minutes from the state capitol of Raleigh NC, but you about the same distance from Chapel Hill, Durham, Greensboro and Fayetteville.  Just jump in your car and you can also be in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina or on the wide sandy beaches of North and South Carolina.

Welcome to Activerain.  Great 1st post and introduction to Sanford.  Their are several tools you can use as a Newbie here on Activerain. 

  • Join a group - The Newbie Group is a good one to get lots of good advice starting out.  I also like the North Carolina Real Estate group too
  • Make sure you read the Community Guidelines.  It will help you figure out what you can and cannot do around here.
  • Invite others - You'll get extra points and help your ranking :)
  • Brad Andersohn did a great post called Blog Starter Kit
  • The Real Estate Tomato did a blog on 101 Things to Write About on Your Blog

This should get you started for now.  There's a lot to learn. Welcome aboard.
