Thanks guys. I have had ZERO activity on this property. Very surprising. Maybe it's priced too low?

I appreciate it Gabe and Kevin. We just blasted it out to all of our investors too.

I'm confident this house would sell in the  mid to high 60s once it's fixed up. May need $5,000 worth or work. If that. Mostly just cosmetic. Roof is good. Kitchen was alreay updated. Tile and wood laminate flooring in all rooms.

There's $15,000-$20,000K in profit in this property if flipped.
